[WSBARP] 14 Notice to Pay or Vacate naming only the Tenant

Any judgment or writ will only require the Sheriff to removed the named
tenant from the property. Some deputies won't even act on it if they
discover others are living there and they don't have an "all other
occupants" in the order.
