[WSBARP] 14 Notice to Pay or Vacate naming only the Tenant

Listmates:

 

A "do-it-yourselfer" Landlord served the 14 day notice to pay or vacate in
which he only names the Tenant.  He knew there were others living in the
house, which in my notices are "Any other Occupants."  Will the notice
naming only the tenant cover the others?  I am leery to charge ahead not
knowing how a judge will look at it.  Have any of you run into this before?
