Any judgment or writ will only require the Sheriff to removed the named tenant from the property. Some deputies won't even act on it if they discover others are living there and they don't have an "all other occupants" in the order.

A “do-it-yourselfer” Landlord served the 14 day notice to pay or vacate in which he only names the Tenant.  He knew there were others living in the house, which in my notices are “Any other Occupants.”  Will the notice naming only the tenant cover the others?  I am leery to charge ahead not knowing how a judge will look at it.  Have any of you run into this before?
