[WSBARP] Is a manufactured home real property in Wasington?

I believe you meant it's personal property as long as it is titled with 
DOL.

The reason I said it might be a fixture is the real property apparently 
is owned by a different party than the owners of the mobile home, but if 
it can't be removed due to how it was placed I'm thinking that might 
make it a fixture.  I have no authority for that, however.
