<p>I believe you meant it's personal property as long as it is
titled with DOL. <br>
</p>
<p>The reason I said it might be a fixture is the real property
apparently is owned by a different party than the owners of the
mobile home, but if it can't be removed due to how it was placed
I'm thinking that might make it a fixture. I have no authority
for that, however.<br>
