For those interested, Snohomish County Sherriff ordered our client NOT to place the tenant's property on public property and required him to place it on his own property. He was advised that placing it on public property was littering and he would be responsible for the consequences. Tenant returned later and started " living" in the pile of belongings located on the Landlord's property. Unfortunately client did not call us during this episode and is stuck with a pile of tenant belongings in his yard and the tenant says he will sue the Landlord if he touches his belongings. This of course is between puffs on his crack pipe.
