Tenant sits in jail with a pending assault charge. LL would like to evict
as rent not paid for months. I do not see any problem doing that, except,
how do you serve someone in jail? Also, assuming LL gets the writ of
restitution, should LL automatically store tenants stuff until LL knows
whether tenant is going to the "big house" or will be set free.
