[WSBARP] Probate about prop. in another state

Justin:

If title insists on probate you will need to open an ancillary probate down there to transfer his interest to her. 

Make sure it’s not a TOD deed. They’ve had them in AZ a lot longer than WA. 

Also, see if title will accept an affidavit of no-probate transfer. 

This is the kind of situation we consider an RLT at the planning stage.
