[WSBARP] PNC referral

Listmates,  I have a PNC wanting to make a loan to a friend to pay off a real estate contract.  Property is recreational land, maybe a structure.  I would like to refer this client to a person familiar with all the private lending rules.   Proposed deal one year term and repayment of principal is about 25% more than the amount borrowed.  May also have stated interest etc.  Exceeds my comfort zone on what is allowed these days. Fairly small dollar deal.   Any takers?    Craig
