[WSBARP] referral for appraiser

Listmates,  can anyone recommend an appraise for the Bothell area?  This is a condemnation proceeding where the land being taken  creates a significant loss of quality of life which we believe significantly impacts the resale value of the residence.  Loss of access, privacy and increased noise.  Probably will end up as a battle of the appraisers.  I appreciate a referrals.  Craig
