[WSBARP] Repeal of Torrens

One of the legislative reports I read (linked in the original link I 
sent) indicated that there were only about 5,000 parcels in the entire 
state.  But the attachment to David's email does explain who was pushing 
this legislation.  I had wrongly assumed title companies.
