[WSBARP] probate storage units

Client is renting 3 storage units containing deceased parents' things,
mostly boxes labeled by the room they came from.  Maybe worth $10,000 or
less. What is the best way to dispose of them and stop storage charges?  Do
the items need to somehow be inventoried first?
