[WSBARP] REETA question

Two questions regarding preparing a REETA that's starting to make my head
hurt:

1. What if Grantor is transferring ownership of more than 3 parcels to
Grantees?  The REETA only has three spaces. The "multiple" form is not the
answer because all of the parcels are together.

2. There are 2 unrelated Grantees. They do not have a single agent. Neither
is the agent for the other.  There's only one signature line. Now what do I
do?
