[WSBARP] Corporate Name Change

I would hope that updated filings would be available to any abstractor
providing title to a competent examiner would have access to those
documents showing a change of name.  Moreover, as the Nonprofit would have
documents in their possession at the time of the sale, it should be a
non-factor.  Still as a "belt and suspenders" if you wanted to file the
name change with your local court/register of deeds, it couldn't hurt.
