[WSBARP] Process when Tenant breaches Repayment Plan

RCW 59.18.660(5) still requires you to get a certificate from the DRC prior to having your UDA heard by the court, so you likely have to either start a new notice process or get the DRC looped in again.  I typically still press for the DRC mediation to still occur to "finalize" the repayment plan, so that you still can get a certificate and move forward if there is a breach.

Listmates:

Finally, had a tenant sign and return a reasonable repayment plan.  I have little hope he will comply has he has never paid one dollar in rent, or power bills, since signing his lease and taking occupancy.  Assuming he does not pay, is the LL allowed to start the UDA or does the LL have to start a new 14 day notice process?
