[WSBARP] Process when Tenant breaches Repayment Plan

Listmates:

 

Finally, had a tenant sign and return a reasonable repayment plan.  I have
little hope he will comply has he has never paid one dollar in rent, or
power bills, since signing his lease and taking occupancy.  Assuming he does
not pay, is the LL allowed to start the UDA or does the LL have to start a
new 14 day notice process?
