<p class="MsoNormal">RCW 59.18.660(5) still requires you to get a certificate from the DRC prior to having your UDA heard by the court, so you likely have to either start a new notice process or get the DRC looped in again. I typically still press for the
DRC mediation to still occur to “finalize” the repayment plan, so that you still can get a certificate and move forward if there is a breach.
