I know this issue has been talked about when Landlords are offered rent for
a third party provider, but under the condition the Landlord will not evict
for 6 months. Now my client has the situation where they took the subsidized
rent, that had the six month condition, but now the Tenant is two months
behind in rent and the subsidizing provider is not paying any more. I say
start the eviction process. Have any of you had this obvious problem? What
have the Courts done in your areas?
