[WSBARP] Roofing consultant

Listmates, Tis the season for leaky roofs and associated warranty claims.  Can anyone recommend a roofing consultant that can prepare an expert report  on installation and materials defects?  I have several of these cases right now and they vary from typical residential to commercial torch down applications.  Thanks, Craig
