[WSBARP] PC needs foreclosure

Hi all! Happy "almost Friday!"

PC sold his home via a wrap around loan and the buyer failed to refinance
his balance within the given amount of time. PC (seller) extended the
repayment period which has matured and buyer is still not able to refinance
the balance. PC is now ready to foreclose.

I don't *currently* do this kind of work. Anyone interested? All
referrals will be passed along to PC.
