Hi Kaitlyn,

If you mean the wrap is 2nd to a 1st held by a financial institution then your PC will have to be prepared to pay off the first after getting the Judgment of Foreclosure. If PC can do that then I can do the job form Olympia.

Subject: [WSBARP] PC needs foreclosure

Hi all! Happy "almost Friday!"

PC sold his home via a wrap around loan and the buyer failed to refinance his balance within the given amount of time. PC (seller) extended the repayment period which has matured and buyer is still not able to refinance the balance. PC is now ready to foreclose.

I don't currently do this kind of work. Anyone interested? All referrals will be passed along to PC.
