[WSBARP] Boundary Line Adjustment Deed

Listmates,
For the first time, I am preparing a deed to complete a boundary line
adjustment approved by Clallam County. I assume the proper deed is a Quit
Claim. Is the consideration "to complete a boundary line adjustment
pursuant to RCW 58.17.040(6)? Do any of you have a form that you have used
in the past for this purpose that you could share?
