[WSBARP] Proclamation 20-19.5 - Increases In Laundry Machine Fees?

My reading of the proclamation is that a residential landlord would be
prohibited from raising the fees on the coin operated washer and dryer
machines in a larger residential complex.



New owner looking to raise fees on what was substantially under market fees
for using the machines.



What say you?
