[WSBARP] Death Certificates

Question for title officers / those who have spoken with the same about this:

Under the new statute that went into effect Jan 1, there are now two forms of death certs. Will Title accept the informational death cert for underwriting purposes? I am assuming, perhaps to my own error, that if a death cert has to be recorded that it has to be the certified one.

Sincerely,

Richard L. Holland
