<p class="MsoNormal">Under the new statute that went into effect Jan 1, there are now two forms of death certs. Will Title accept the informational death cert for underwriting purposes? I am assuming, perhaps to my own error, that if a death cert has to be
recorded that it has to be the certified one.<o:p></o:p></p>
