[WSBARP] Never Satisfied New Home Buyer

Listmates,

 

PC, new home builder, just started construction of new home.  Buyer is at
site daily and complains about everything, and becomes overly emotional.  PC
is worried Buyer will never be happy about any of their work.  Of course,
the contract is silent as to this situation.  Is there any theory under
which the home builder can walk away at this point and not be in breach?
