Subject: [WSBARP] Judgment Establishing Boundary by Recorded Survey.

Parties to a boundary dispute want to settle by entry of a court order saying the boundary between their respective properties is as set forth in a recorded survey. One party insists that, in the Judgment Summary, both parties be listed as both judgment debtors and creditors. Have any of you, in settling litigated boundary issues, used that kind of language in the order? I don't see why the order just can't refer to the two parcels and then say the recorded survey sets forth the correct boundary.
