[WSBARP] Changing recorded Transfer on Death Deed

Listmates:

 

Client recorded two transfer on death deeds naming her two sons joint
tenants with right of survivorship.  Due to a change in circumstances,
client wants to make sons tenants in common.  Is it correct that all I need
to do is record new deeds changing how the beneficiaries take title or do I
also need to refer to the old deeds?
