[WSBARP] Collection of rent under Evictions Moratorium

I have had this same question a couple dozen times but I have not even
tried to get unpaid rent in the judgment because I didn't want to create
any issue for appeal or anything that would make the case more "shaky" than
they already are. So, I just reserved those issues of unpaid rent and
utilities in the judgment section of the findings of fact and conclusions
of law.
