All,

PC rented a storage unit for many years to store approximately 100k-140k
worth of equipment for his small business. He closed his business for
several years, and was restarting it when the storage unit was repeatedly
burglarized in a very short period of time. These burglaries would not have
happened but-for the negligence of the storage unit business. (Pretty
striking facts supporting negligence COAs).

The PC let insurance lapse, so for our purposes that is not a remedy. PC
wants an attorney to sue the storage unit business. This is out of my
wheelhouse. Referrals?
