[WSBARP] Need referral to Ohio RE counsel

Colleagues,

Existing client is negotiating to acquire a commercial building in Moraine, Ohio. He then intends to lease the building out for 20 years and I understand he already has a tenant lined up. This is a nice piece of work that should be handled by an Ohio-licensed attorney. Does anyone have a referral? The Moraine or Cincinnati areas is a plus but not necessary.
