[WSBARP] Form 17 - Seller's Agent (and former owner of subject property) failure to disclose known defect

I assume that the garage is not up to code.  Bringing it into compliance
may be better than rebuilding it. Current owner has no privity with Agent.
Agent ought to immediately contact their E&O company to have them handle it
.  Better to have it on the basis of agency than from when agent owned the
home.
