[WSBARP] KC Motions for default -- allowed yet?

My understanding is that King County is not considering defaults in
general. However, if the lawsuit contains the "threat of imminent health
and safety" affidavit then I think they may be entering defaults on those
matters. That said, I have not tested this theory yet. I may have to in a
week or so.
