[WSBARP] KC Motions for default -- allowed yet?

Does anyone know whether King Co. Sup Ct is willing to entertain a motion
for an order of default these days? The existing Emergency Order says
the prohibition on such motions will continue "while public health
advisories are in effect".... What does that even mean? If I have to dig I
will, but if anyone knows offhand...

Thanks as always.
