[WSBARP] Off topic - Sharepoint

Listmates, You not see my name appear on any list of the technically savvy,  we recently switched to Sharepoint which is supposed to allow staff in the office and those working from home to all work on files and have the documents updated and stored in the cloud.  If an attorney requests the paralegal to make changes to a document and the paralegal saves it the attorney should be able to open in and find the changes made.   What we are experiencing is that changes made are not always reflected in the saved document.  When we pull the backup the saved document is there with changes but it appears it never got sent to the cloud.  This is an intermittent issue but making everyone crazy.  Our IT guy says it's a problem with Microsoft and Sharepoint.     Anyone having similar experiences?
