[WSBARP] PC needs help with a stormwater/wetland mitigation issue

PC was referred to me but this case isn't really in my wheelhouse or
bandwidth right now. I'm looking for really experienced referral in this
area.


To make a very long story short, PC's property in North Bend is
being negatively impacted by a major development project.  Developer is
building 130 homes around PC –putting in an island in the middle of the
construction. Developer's stormwater system failed, causing PC's property
to flood.  Developer was allowed to fill wetlands adjacent to PC and raise
the grade 4’ so now PC's yard has nowhere to drain. PC is seeking someone
specialized with stormwater and wetland mitigation.
