[WSBARP] Expiring judgment lien question

Just stay very quiet until the 20 years passes.  After that it should
just drop off the title reports.

I once had a judgment creditor start to act on the 364th day of the last
year of the life of the judgment.  That was in the context of filing a
bankruptcy proof of claim, so the time to complete the process was not
an issue.
