Subject: [WSBARP] Expiring judgment lien question

Wise ones .

I have a woman with a judgment against her that was extended for ten years
and is now expiring. It was not paid, but the judgment will expire. Will
title companies insure her home if she sells or refinances? Is there
anything affirmative that could be done to clear the title? Do I have to do
quiet title?
