[WSBARP] Landlord Tenant Changes in the Law

The recent summer newsletter from our section provided an overview of the changes. It is important to note that an increasing number of local jurisdictions are adding rules of their own that complicates things.

I hope our section might deliver a general review of the tenant-landlord landscape in 2020, perhaps connected to the application of ADR modalities (way beyond traditional mediation) to resolving disputes. The ADR Section (I serve on the exec committee) would be interested in collaborating in such an effort.
