[WSBARP] 35R and Seller remaining post closing

Seller renting back from buyer at closing. A 35R was signed however it turns
out that repairs were not made prior to closing and now Seller wants to
extend until relinquishing possession. Buyer accepted Sellers repairs, but
the 35R just states that Buyer will proceed to closing. Does the 35R survive
closing in this case? I don't see that it does.
