[WSBARP] PC seeking attorney near Portland, Oregon

*Involves Commercial landlord/tenant issue.* Referral must be in the
Portland, Oregon area.


PC is veterinary doctor/practice whom has been damaged as a result of the
negligence of commercial landlord involving a leaking roof, failed HVAC
system, improper ventilation, plumbing issues and failures, code
violations, ADA violations, etc. PC tenant lost business and profits
because appointments needed to be cancelled when the building became too
hot to work in over the summer months or heavy rains caused leaks into the
space.  Tenant suffered physical harm resulting from the ventilation
issues.


I have access to more detailed facts/storyline which I can likely share
with referrals directly.
