[WSBARP] [WSBAPT] Update on Changes to the RPPT Listservs

I think you should have lead with the last part first--that people can 
still be members of the real property group without maintaining active 
membership.

Depending on what happens with the mandatory malpractice insurance 
topic, that might apply to a lot more people moving forward.  My bar 
license costs 6x what my real estate license does, and if they add 
having to pay for malpractice insurance that will exclude any of my real 
estate activities I'll be gone from the bar.
