[WSBARP] Looking for Lenders During a Chapter 13

Hello, Listmates

I have a client who may need to borrow against their house to close-out a Chapter 13: the 60-month period is ending, they have an arrearage that developed over time as their mortgage payments adjusted upwards. Not a large amount needed, their house has a lot of equity now. We'll have to get court permission, etc. Does anybody have advice about which institutions/lenders might be more accustomed to lending during a 13, or any issues to anticipate?
