[WSBARP] Rental Agreement for Furnished Home

Good morning,

I am looking for suggested language/provisions for a furnished home rental
agreement. I'm only looking for assistance with provisions for the
furnishings.  Can the landlord have the tenant carry renters insurance on
the landlord's belongings in the house naming landlord as additional
insured? Other? Thank you in advance.
