[WSBARP] Partial Reconveyance

I would greatly appreciate seeing any samples of partial reconveyance
language in a PSA or promissory note. I'm representing a seller providing
financing on the sale of a undeveloped land to a developer who plans to
subdivide and gradually sell properties. Thanks!
