[WSBARP] Transfer on Death Deed

Does anyone know if you can list an alternate recipient on the TOD deed?
Example, to my significant other upon my death, or to kids 1, 2 and 3 if SO
predeceases me".  I see language in the statute about concurrent interests
but the client would like to list an alternate only if the primary does not
survive them.
