[WSBARP] Eviction vs. Ejectment

Hello Listmates,

We have a PC who purchased a property from a bank through an online auction
site. The
bank got the property through a Sheriff's sale and then sold it. The
redemption period has expired and previous owner is still in the property.

Looking for some guidance if anyone has been able to do an eviction instead
of an ejectment.
