[WSBARP] British Columbia attorney (?) title issue

Colleagues--Can anyone recommend the appropriate professional in British Columbia who would be able to help resolve title issues on a property held as tenant-in-common? It likely would involve the Canadian equivalent of a partition action in order to liquidate.
