[WSBARP] Foreclosure Notice by Publication

[Jim Doran]

No RRR certified mail receipt is of record.

I know, QLS doesn't make these kinds of mistakes.

But, if the other forms of notice were screwed up, does notice by
publication provide adequate notice?
