I have a client who wishes to sell a vacant parcel in Ronald, WA, Kittitas County. Apparently the parcels in this area have a known water issue and as such it would be nice to have someone who has dealt with the issue to help the client.  They are elderly and would really like someone they can trust to deal with the sale and/or issues.
